Access to UMBB’s Institutional Repository (Open Archives Platform)

The institutional repository of UMBB is a platform designed to collect, in electronic format, the scientific output of the university’s professors and researchers, making it accessible on the internet.

Objectives

  • Increase the international visibility of UMBB’s scientific activity (Showcase of scientific research)
  • Make UMBB’s scientific publications accessible.
  • Centralize UMBB’s scientific heritage.
  • Communicate and promptly valorize UMBB’s scientific results.
  • Measure and evaluate the production of research laboratories, research units, and researchers at UMBB.
  • Enhance the citation rate of UMBB’s scientific publications.

Types of Documents Deposited

The repository encompasses all types of scientific or technical documents, provided that at least one researcher or doctoral candidate from UMBB is an author:

  • Articles published in foreign or national journals.
  • Books and book chapters.
  • Doctoral theses (classical system and LMD system).
  • Master’s theses.
  • Final project reports: Master’s 2 and Engineering.
  • Conference presentations, posters, and conference proceedings.
  • Research reports and technical reports.

Distribution and Access

  • Full-text publication is allowed only for open-access articles (verification on SHERPA/RoMEO).
  • The online availability of full-text doctoral theses and master’s theses is subject to the authorization of the candidate.

Note: We encourage our researchers to kindly submit their scientific publications to contribute to the platform.
