Entry to the library is free and open to all. An annual registration allows you access to the library, borrow materials, and benefit from other available services.

To confirm your registration, you must present:
- A valid student ID card for the current academic year.
- A copy of your identification document.
- A copy of the current year’s enrollment certificate.
For external users not affiliated with the University of Boumerdès, please provide the following:
- A handwritten request.
- A form to be completed.
- An access authorization signed by the originating institution.
- A current year’s enrollment certificate for students.
- A work certificate for the current year for teachers.
- A copy of the National ID card.
- A photograph.
