The Central Library of M’Hamed Bougara University of Boumerdès (UMBB) informs all users that registration for the 2025–2026 academic year is carried out exclusively online.
1. Internal Users
Internal users (UMBB students, academic and administrative staff) are invited to register by completing the online registration form via the link below:

2. External Users
External users from Algerian universities who wish to access the UMBB Central Library are required to:
- Complete the online registration form
- Upload a signed authorization from their home institution

Once the request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent.
Afterward, users must visit the Central Library to collect their library card, bringing one passport-size photo.
