📚 Registration at the UMBB Central Library

The Central Library of M’Hamed Bougara University of Boumerdès offers its users a wide range of documentary and digital services.
To benefit from these services, please choose the registration form corresponding to your situation:

1️⃣ Students and Faculty Members of M’Hamed Bougara University of Boumerdès

Members of the university community (students, faculty, researchers) are invited to register by completing the online registration form.
👉 Only individuals belonging to UMBB are authorized to use this form.

2️⃣ External Readers (other universities)

Students and faculty members enrolled at other universities may also access the library services.
To do so, you must:

• Download the authorization form here and have it signed by your home institution.
• Complete the online registration form.
• Submit the registration file electronically, in PDF format.

📩 Application processing:

• A response will be sent to you by email within 24 hours.
• Once you receive confirmation, you will need to go to the Central Library to:
  • Collect your library card.
  • Provide a recent passport-size photo.
